Poss cyst rupture: If you are having significant pain, you may have had a cyst rupture. IV if really bad, you could have a torsion, when the ovary gets twisted. If it's bad, call your MD. The swelling is likely to the excess fluid you tend to have with OHSS, and if you have been laying on one side, it will settle on that side.
