Possible migraine variant, but the chronic daily emerging pattern might suggest use of analgesics which may prolong and intensify issues. Better ways to deal with this, but should uncover any other triggers, such as focal TMJ, Occipital Neuralgia, sinus issues, etc. See a neurologist and perhaps a dentist.
