If a head ct scan with and without contrast ruled out brain tumor can i be sure that i don't have a brain tumor?

Why do you worry?: Cat scan is adequate to demonstrate even a modest size lesion, and seems reassuring. Yet, you remain focused and perhaps doubtful. Urge you contact a counselor and explore the underlying causes of your persistent concerns. Actually brain tumors are quite uncommon.

MRI brain tumor : An MRI with and without contrast is the best test for brain tumors. I would recommend discussing this with your doctor.
