I have a very painful ganglion cyst on the radial side of my wrist. i am leaving on a trip in a month. if i have the mass removed, will i be pain free?

Possible: 4 wks time is enough for healing , best option see your doctor , if pain is due to the pressure , get it aspirated you will be pain free , after return from the trip , plan elective removal, some times (rare ) ganglion may not come back after aspiration.
