Wrist pain: Maybe the pain is not form the ganglion issue. Follow up with the wrist surgeon to get another eval since you are still having pain 4 months post-op.

Sometimes a ganglion: cyst is really secondary to other issues in the region it arose from such as underlying degenerative changes or arthritis. Ask your surgeon as to the possible causes of your ongoing symptoms.
