Depends : Really depends on what you are currently doing. Add 10% each week. That is increasing intensity or duration. Cardio 3 days weights 2 days stretching/yoga 1 day. Rest 1 day each week

Hold on now.: It is all hypothetical unless one knows your starting point. How much do you weigh now? How toned are you? What is your general level of fitness? I hope you are starting to see a pattern here.
