Highly unlikely: Your symptoms are atypical for coronary artery spasm or other forms of heart disease &i suspect the reason you are concerned is because it is on your left side which is where everyone focuses attention when it involves the heart. However, if you are worried or if there is a family history of heart disease then, your best bet is to ask your doctor for an opinion and an examination.
