i woke with severe pain in my right shoulder blade that moved to my right lower chest and then upper abdomen. 2nd time in 3 months this has happened.

Get checked stat!: The pain, though seeming to come from your shoulder first and then spreading to your chest and belly, may actually be coming from your chest or belly first. Though this is not typical, you don't want to miss a serious problem in either place. See a doc and find out what is going on very soon (like this week). I once saw a guy with pain in his lower abdomen, and it was due to a heart attack.!
