Scar tissue?: Don't really understand the question.Have you developed a 'frozen shoulder' 3 months following arthroscopic rotator cuff repair ? ART?( PT? Manipulation ?, injection?) please clarify your question and avoid abbreviations if possible and I'll try to answer . Thanks!
