Unrelated: The surgery and event could be unrelated. I need more information to answer. Age? Other medical problems? Headache? Alcohol use? Weakness or troubles speaking etc. Sorry lots of questions, but important in order to answer to this question. Sleep medication is big cause of this sort of event.
