Can't say, Try this: Add bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) of soda to your bathing routine. Douse it liberally over areas of concern. Rinse throughly. Repeat. Consider massaging wet skin with a thin coating of sesame oil which is naturally antibiotic. Dry throughly. After a week of this daily routine, if the condition continues, add a gentle soap like Dr. Bronner's peppermint, or almond or lavender. Enjoy your softer, sweet-smelling skin.
