A 42-year-old female asked:
Med. melon 186 cal: If you adhere to a 2000 cal per day plan, one medium melon as a meal is not excessive. Be mindful, your body may like the water and sweetness of the melon and want more at your next meal. Consider the melon as your early morning option then plan a large midday meal followed by a short walk and engaging afternoon tasks. Finish with salad, soup and fruit shared with family/friends at evening.
A 20-year-old male asked:
No 5second Rule here: Hepatitis A is usually spread when a person ingests fecal matter, even in microscopic amounts from contact with objects, food, or drinks contaminated by the feces, or stool, of an infected person. Think about the shoes fresh from a public toilet coming near your found cigarettes. For peace of mind go to your public health center for a test. This goes for joints and needles too. Don't share. A 48-year-old female asked:
Yes and No to Wurn: Wurn technique has been used by some to relieve post-op adhesions and pain by deep tissue massage. The concerns include worry about other underlying causes of pain/obstruction. Be mindful of the body's use of pain to signal for more attention. Consider involving your GI doc, physical therapist, dietician and Wurn technique in your quest to avoid future obstructions. My vote goes to diet and yoga.
