i have a rash on my right breast that isn't very big but causes itching and burning sometimes. my nipple itches too. what could this be?

Probably eczema, but: Could be eczema, but there are many things this could be. Persistent or enlarging nipple lesions need to be evaluated by your doc for Paget disease of breast.
