Probably not: It is very common to have ovarian cysts. When they are smaller than 10mm they are called follicles. Also common for them bleed. The left over "blood clot" or fibrin is still a normal result and very common. Should be followed up with ultrasound so as to see it clear up. Talk to your doctor
