79 yr old father psa 6.1 biopsy showed gleason 3+4 prostatic carcinoma, otherwise in perfect health condition, what would the treatment options be?

Depends....: Usually a CT is done to see if there is localized spread of prostate cancer and a Bone Scan is done to see if there is wider spread.
