There is very little: data and most of it is on the older oral Minoxidil which was used for high blood pressure. The absorption of topical Minoxidil is very minimal. Neither the oral or the topical seems to have any adverse effects of male fertility.

Infertility: Most research on Minoxidil and its fertility effects have been done for the oral form of minoxidil, which is used to treat severe high blood pressure. It does not seem to have any effect on fertility. Topical Minoxidil (RogaineĀ®) is applied to the skin, and there appears to be limited amounts that are absorbed into the body. Thus, the effects are local and unlikely to affect male fertility.
