Hi i have oily scalp sometimes flaky scalp and hair loss as well my hair get very thin specially from crown area (visible crown skin) specially after eating citrus fruits ive tried minoxidil and propecia for 2 years no improvement..any suggestions.?

your problem is not related to citrus. If minoxidil is not helping it might be male pattern baldness. consult a dermatologist for confirmation
