Finfacia?Finasteride: Finasteride takes about 3-6 monthd to work well if you have alopecia secondary to male hormone excess as in PCOS. Be patient. Have the hair checked if due to Telogen effluvium by hair tug test and checking if you take antidepressants, or low in estrogen state, zinc or iron deficiency. Must use 5 mg daily, lower usually does not help
