318 = Diabetes: Starvation diets are the most dangerous, unhealthy choices a dieting person can make for themselves. A body cannot survive on such a low calorie, low protein approach and will begin to eat it's own muscle and organs for the needed proteins. Sometimes this organ and tissue damage can be permanent. But in the end those who starve themselves ALWAYS gain back more weight then they lost. Bad Choice.
