Fat sculpting: Liposuction can be used for liposculpture; however, there need to be fat available to sculpt. The area below the jawline and chin is commonly contoured with liposuction. Liposuction of the face itself is rarely done, due to possible injury to the facial nerves that control expression. Additionally, only small amounts of fat are available for contouring in this area. It's a bit of a danger zone.

Probably Not.: Accurate/specific advice would necessitate in person consultation but, generally speaking, liposuction of the face is extremely rarely indicated. This would be especially true for a patient who is “pretty lean”. Best wishes.
