White dots on tonsil: The white spots on tonsils, called exudates, are collection of waste debris (food, dead tissue and bacteria) and are not infectious esp after treatment with appropriate antibiotic. They often disaapear (get dissolved) automatically or get released in the oral cavity as tiny specs.
