Anxiety: What is "nothing" to your doctor may still be anxiety -- which can cause all kinds of physical sensations like lightheadedness. S/he may have meant that your tests showed nothing seriously physically wrong, which is a relief. Next step is getting an evaluation for anxiety -- which you can get with a psychologist or psychiatrist. Effective treatment can then be provided, so you'll feel better.
