A member asked:

My doctor keeps telling me nothing is wrong because my blood tests all came back normal but i'm still very lightheaded what do i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Light headed: there can be a number of causes of light headedness. your doctor may have checked foir some of these suchas anemia. Another common cause is 'chronic hyperventilation'. This is when one breathes too frequentoy and lowers carbon dioxice levels. Another sign is frequent sighing. Try holding a paper bag near your nose and mouth. Brathing more than 15 breaths per minute can cause this after a while.
