TB lymphadenitis tx: Your doctor started you on the right 'combo' medicine for TB - Akurit contains 4 drugs to treat TB. TB can attack multiple organ systems, including the lymph nodes - so you need to follow thru and get this treated. Good if you don't have side-effects, but hopefully you will go back for follow-up as scheduled. TB is a potentially dangerous disease, so you should follow through with the treatment
