Should be safe: It is felt that a person can remain contagious for several weeks after treatment has started, but by 4 months, you should be safe to go to the gym. Your treating provider is better able to advise you. You should not be at risk for relapse if you resume pre-treatment normal weight; becoming underweight might be a risk for relapse.

No bearing.: As long as you complete your recommended antibiotics, your TB will be eradicated regardless of weight training in the gym and regardless of weight gained or lost with exercise.
