If..: I am assuming this was prescribed by your doctor( if not please do not take diflucan (fluconazole) without prescription). If it was and you had your liver enzymes checked prior to start these meds the only interaction with rifampin is that the efficacy of the anti fungal might be decreased, however this would need to be f/u since there is people that can do well. Very important to follow up on the liver as well

No: Diflucan (fluconazole) does not cause a problem with INH or Rifampin other than it can decrease the absorption of Rifampin. Do ask your doctor about the INH and Rifampin, both drugs can be hard on the liver. You need to be careful with alcohol on these drugs and let your doctor know if you are on any seizure meds.

No logic: Diflucan (fluconazole) is a one time dose for active fungal infection. I do nOT suggest weekly tablets "just in case"-if you get a fungal infection, consult your treating physician.
