No, I can't.: Not in 400 characters. Med students spend an entire semester just learning the basics of that. Some neuroscientists spend their entire careers researching just one little piece of it. It's part of the fields of neuroanatomy & neurophysiology. If you want to find out how the sense of touch work in the brain, I suggest you take a course for laypeople. There are some really big books about it, too.
