Brief description: Not uncommonly is presence of congenital berry aneurysm, typically located in vasculature at base of brain. Other aneurysms can be due to uncontrolled hypertension, Charcot-Bouchard aneurysms, some could be caused by trauma, bacterial endocarditis can produce septic aneurysms, and rarely syphilis which causes aortic aneurysms could affect larger brain blood vessels.
