Was at work and went to use the toilet at work. on toilet seat there was no blood so i urinated then i saw a big red stain on sink. i didn't touch. just poured water on stain. am i at risk of getting hiv, my mind is imagining so many things now?

There was no blood on the toilet and you did not touch the blood in the sink and it appears you do not have an open wound where the blood could get in . So please rest a ease and do not worry
