A member asked:

Can you tell me which foods can help your brain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Foods plus more: Foods rich in vitamin D, B12, DHA, and Tumeric. Exercise and adequate sleep have also been shown to improve memory. Needless to say cognitive stimulation is of utmost importance. Those activities which stimulate "large world architecture" are most likely to help. These include such things as playing a musical instrument or learning a new language. I hope this helps.
