Honestly: As you talk about any other symptom. PTSD is nothing to be ashamed of. Open your heart to your therapist and get rid of the skeleton hidden in your closet. You do not have to be carrying that heavy load alone. Trauma have stolen precious moments in the past, do not let it ruin your present or future.
