Get guidance: Being a vegan is a strong moral choice but the health claims made for the diet are for the most part not true and without supplementation, it is extremely dangerous. You're losing weight because you're not enjoying your food. Find SOMETHING you like to eat. If your personal physician is not comfortable advising you on supplementing, get with a competent guide who is. Good luck.
