Vegetarian foods: To help with healthy weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus, avocadoes, granola, trail mix, dried fruits, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, smoothies (with added silken tofu), pasta/ bagels ; use of juice rather than soda.
