Here are some ...: Since Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands - not related with hair follicles, and painless and harmless, I would recommend to get rid of them as long as being mentally and physically comfortable and being capable to adopt and adapt to what you are. That is the best in my 45-yr study and practice in urology. But if mentally unbearable, seek pro-evaluation and counseling timely.
