Fordyce : Fordyce spots are common. One what they can be removed is with light cautery/hyfrecation in the dermatologist's office. That would typically be a cosmetic procedure. Read more about other dermatology conditions at the link below. I hope that helps!

Fordyce spots : are a normal part of anatomy found on edge of lips, inside cheek, on labia or on penis/ scrotum. They don’t require treatment.
