No need to worry: I understand you may be bothered by the appearance of those but there is no cure for that. They are barely visible when the skin is not stretched. If they are really big, they can be excised but otherwise, i would not bother doing anything for that.

Performing runners' stretches are very beneficial and should help reduce the pain. If it continues, seek medical treatment with a podiatrist.
