Do nothing or...: I would not recommend any rx. But, if mentally obsessed for cosmetic appearance, skilful application of laser or electro-cautery would be the choice of care although topical agents and cryotherapy have been used. For detail, ask the treating doc timely.

Unlikely: Fordyce granules are small deposits of lipid or fat in the tissue and occur usually in the cheek area of the mouth. I have seen them on the lips and typically they are small in size.I do not believe that any kind of lotion or lip balm will be of any help to remove them.

Here are some...: See dermatologist so to decide if it is necessary or worthwhile to take the risks for their removal with procedures, usually nowadays with laser. Note: Fordyce spots are merely ectopic sebaceous glands with no practical need for ridding them.
