can tb lympadentitis cause lung tissue scarring without having pulmonary tb?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Creighton Wright
55 years experience General Surgery
Depends: Tb settles in lung and nodes commonly. Depending on area and degree of scarring, nodes and lung( Ghon complexes) and pleura can be affected and scar and calcify over time.
