I feel something when i sit down could it be internal hemeroids? i don't have blood when i pass a stool and the doc said i have hemeroids ?

Very Possible: It is possible to have hemorrhoids and not have any symptoms like pain or bleeding. It is possible that what you are feeling when you sit down is hemorrhoids. If you are still 'concerned' I would recommend seeing a surgeon for further evaluation and possible treatment.

Hemorrhoid: If you feel a bulge with wiping after a bowel movement, this could be an external hemorrhoid that flared up with prolonged sitting or straining. Internal hemorrhoids are usually not felt with sitting, typical sign is bleeding with hard bowel movements.
