Needs to be checked: Large blood in stool one time needs to be checked,it may be from the internal hemorrhoids but you need an exam and if indicated Colonoscopy even at your age.Consult your doctor or a gastroenterologist.It may ne a polyp,Colon cancer at your age is rather rare but not unknownand will be ruled out by colonoscopy
