Yes: Internal hemorrhoids can bleed frequently. However, it would be wise for you to see a gastroenterologist and see about having a colonoscopy to be sure nothing else is bleeding above the level of the hemorrhoids such as a polyp. If it is from the hemorrhoids, there is medicine to help stop the inflammation and bleeding.
