A 33-year-old male asked:

Feels like i always have to poop when sitting down i can poop and pass gas just fine and no blood on tissue or stool could it be hemorrhoids?

Possibly: See a proctologist for a careful rectal examination. If no rectal pathology is noted, have a prostate examination by a urologist to check for prostate congestion even if you have no urinary symptoms.
