Not likely: Being on Prednisone is not likely to have affected the results of blood tests for allergy.

No: high values of allergy blood tests won't be affected by medicines, if u don't have any allergy symptoms directly related to a particular food ingestion, that test better be repeated in another lab, at any rate, you would better be evaluated by an allergist to sort it out

What does it mean?: You're a young man in your physical and social prime. The last thing you need is to adopt a highly restrictive diet that will greatly inconvenience you, prevent you from being a good guest, and may even make you malnourished just because of some labwork. These tests are often false-positives and the diagnosis of food allergy is better made clinically. Talk with another allergist if need be.
