Disclaimer

Scared I had Scabies.Took lots Ivermectin.Derm gave Antihist/Prednisone for allergies.Still get random bumps/lines/crawly/slight itch. Masked Scabies?

Unlikely: What do you mean "for allergies"? I have seen many patients with your problem and usually have not been able to find a cause even after a skin biopsy. Prednisone should not be used for more than a couple of weeks. May try taking a non-sedating antihistamine every 6 hrs (higher than needed for hay fever) . If still not helpful, see your derm again or consult an allergist.
