Which magnesium would you recommend between glycinate, citrate or glycinate? i realize it may not help but hoping it'll help with palpitations and anxiety, sleep. i have acid reflux so don't want to make that worse. therapist wants me to try citrate

Can try any: Can try any it does help with leg cramps at night and if it’s a problem give it a try. I can’t support one over the other

Magnesium: Ask your do or therapist about a brand called “Jigsaw Magnesium.” I contains a blend of several magnesium and may be helpful. Many people are low in magnesium and find it helpful to supplement. Peace and good health.

Not likely to help a: Surely you can do better. Forget Mg and have a real DR evaluate your situation. You need a diagnosis, then treatment appropriate to it.
