Do not give up fish: It will not be smart to just give up fish. What kind of fish, how is it cooked, what else do you eat it with, sauce, rice, etc. How frequent do you eat fish? Make one change at a time. You will have your answer. Fish is usually very well tolerated and an excellent source of nutrients.
