You can also dry yourself off with pre-moistened towelets instead of dry toilet paper. Dab instead of rubbing. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Try to get in 5 servings of vegetable and 4 servings of fruit per day. Avoid junk food. Try to move about or to get some physical activity every day, unless prevented by the pain. Avoid prolonged sitting and prolonged you may need to see a physician if they don't improve. Take care.
