Sounds high: It is best to test sugars either before eating, or 2 hrs after. Testing 15 min after eating should not be much different than before eating (unless it took a long time to eat). A pre-meal glucose above 100 is abnomal, above 125 is considered diabetes. You should get a hemoglobin a1c for further evaluation.
