Anytime: Anytime is a good time before or after meal -- but if you are sensitive or have a reflux problem then perhaps aftermeal and not before bedtime.

Never: Multivitamins are worthless, and possibly dangerous. Stop taking them, and save your money for a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits. Multivitamins do not.
