See your doctor: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your liver enzymes are elevated indicating liver cell injury. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. If you take any medications, discuss those with your doctor. If you are overweight, lose weight.
